Real Estate Downloader is a product operated by WebStar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Real Estate Downloader websites, Chrome extensions, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Unified Terms

These Terms apply to all Real Estate Downloader websites and Chrome extensions, including tools for downloading real estate listing images, exporting image URLs, and exporting property data.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features may require you to sign in or maintain an active subscription or access pass. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share paid access, bypass subscription checks, or use the Services in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Services are being misused, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Paid features may be offered through subscription plans or one-time access passes. Payments for Real Estate Downloader may be processed for WebStar by Creem or the payment provider shown at checkout. The payment provider may handle billing, tax calculation, receipts, disputes, and payment-related support.

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal, your account settings, or the payment provider shown at checkout. After cancellation, no further subscription charges will be made, but access may continue until the end of the current paid period.

4. Refunds

For subscription plans, contact us within 7 days of your first purchase if the Service does not meet your expectations or you experience an unresolved technical issue. We will help with a refund according to this policy and the payment provider's refund process.

One-time access passes, including short-term or time-limited passes, are non-recurring. Because access is made available immediately, one-time access passes are generally non-refundable once activated, unless required by law or in cases of verified technical malfunction.

Real Estate Downloader works with supported real estate websites and platforms, which may include Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and other supported platforms.

Real Estate Downloader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, or any other supported platform. All trademarks, product names, and company names belong to their respective owners.

Supported websites may change their page structure, access rules, content availability, or technical behavior at any time. We cannot guarantee that every feature will work on every page at all times.

You are responsible for using the Services in accordance with applicable laws and the terms, policies, and restrictions of any third-party websites or platforms you access.

6. Listing Data, Images, and Accuracy

The Services may detect listing images, image URLs, listing fields, and property data from supported pages. Detected images, URLs, listing fields, and property data may not always be complete, available, current, or accurate.

You are responsible for reviewing exported or downloaded information before relying on it for research, marketing, investment, client work, reporting, or any other purpose.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Support and updates are generally provided while you have an active subscription or valid access pass.

Prices may change for future purchases or future billing periods. Price changes do not create a right to refunds for previously completed purchases.
